How to Use:
Use the Signature Glass Nail File in a gentle back and forth movement. Apply one to two coats of Mellow the Yellow to clean, dry, bare nails, allowing to dry between coats. Apply one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over Mellow the Yellow and let dry.
